N.O.T.A. – None Of The Above

..is a direct democratic election reform initiative. Whereby all citizens are empowered to express their dissaproval of all parties standing for election, through a modern political opinion called the "NONE OF THE ABOVE" vote option, with which to express a vote of NO CONFIDENCE to all listed on the ballot sheet.  A constructive and valid "N.O.T.A" political opinion to vote for which is equaly valued to determin the election result.

Most democraticaly elected governments around the world do not allow their citizens to express this point of view on election day. Those citizens who dare to state no confidence in all political options listed, will loose rights of participation.

Those citizens who have lost trust in all political representation are forced to voluntarily deprive themselves of this fundamental democratic right to express this opinion on voting day. Even those who dare to express this opinion on their voting ballot, by crossing out all the listed vote options, are not considered equal. This political opinion is only counted, but allowed no relevance whatsoever apon the election result !          This is an intolerable and blatent disregard of democratic principle.

The CONSHUMAN movement believes that the present election law contradicts the most fundamental civil right in a democratic society, which is the freedom to confirm or perhaps not, your trust in those who wish to represent and serve you in public office.

ConsHumans believe that the "N.O.T.A." election reform will ensure a more democractic representation in the election results, by including a "N.O.T.A." vote option on every voting ballot for public office for those citizens who have lost trust in all democratic party political representation standing for election.

ConsHumans want more democracy and more transparency in public service.

Enough of the fraud!

Total Transparency as the Standard of Trust in Political Representation!

Consumer-citizens are also courageous citizens who call themselves Totalists—well-informed, politically enfranchised individuals striving to establish a sustainable relationship of complete trust with political representation.

The K.D.O. electoral reform enables a directly democratic majority in election outcomes, legitimizing democratic reform and initiating the following:

a) The election is null and void, triggering new elections within 60 days, with equal conditions for election advertising in terms of space and time.
b) The reimbursement of election costs by taxpayers is eliminated since incompetence will no longer be rewarded.

The government elected in the second round of voting is subject to three democratic reform rules:

  1. Total separation from the undemocratic influence of private-sector party donations on representative democracy. The politics of the Federal Republic of Germany (BRD) will be financed exclusively by the people, without additional income opportunities for representatives, who are solely allowed to serve the people.
  2. The imperative of total transparency in parliamentary representation at the federal and state levels of the BRD, including an annual accountability report from the government regarding its election promises.
  3. The total empowerment of the sovereign people and their fully enfranchised electorate, granting them the ability to overturn and, if necessary, revise government decisions at any time through nationwide referendums—because the sovereign people always have the final say!

Through this, consumer-citizens aim to foster a transparent, dynamic cooperation between a trustworthy state authority and its population.
